SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer delivery all over the world. We ship from Thailand and do our best to get packages to you in a timely manner. Please understand that once your order leaves our hands, we can not control the time it takes to get to you. Thank you!

  • Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 days of being placed. If this is not possible for some reason, the customer will be notified within 24 hours of the delay and the new expected ship date.

  • Orders will usually be received by the customer based on the location of the customer. Items are shipped from Thailand. As of May 2024, packages to America take about 10-14 days. Packages to Europe take 7-10 days. Packages to Australia take 5-7 days. This is a rough estimate and is not guaranteed. Tracking will be provided for all orders. RETURN POLICY

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

  • To start a return, you can contact us at saracura@saracura.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

ORDERS 

If we are unable to fulfill the whole of your order for any reason we will attempt to contact you via the contact email address provided on your order. We may as a result replace items with a similar value/size/type. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to hold off your order and contact you for further instruction on how you would like to proceed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom pieces, digital downloads, sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Regular shipping times and other policies apply to the new order as usual.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method once the item is received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty, you must inform us within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at saracura@saracura.com. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds after this time period has elapsed, but we will do everything in our power to try to work something out.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at saracura@saracura.com and we will issue either a resend of the order or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

Failed Deliveries

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or an incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
